Experience

I help organizations develop and implement strategies, strengthen leadership capabilities, and improve project management. With over 27 years of experience as a leader and consultant, I work with clients to create tailored solutions that make a real difference for organizations and their leaders.

I have extensive experience — and passion — for facilitating strategy processes, from developing a new strategy to implementing it. Together with my clients I ensure that strategies are not only formulated but also translated into action and measurable results.

Before entering the consulting business, I worked as a leader for 22 years, including senior leadership positions at Carlsberg, Dyrup, Hempel and DS Smith Packaging. As a result, I have both practical experience as a manager and experience facilitating leadership training that delivers real impact. This ranges from training new leaders — where we primarily focus on the leadership toolbox — to programs for senior leaders that address topics such as authentic leadership and how to build followership.
