Informal leadership refers to the ability to influence and guide others without holding a formal leadership position or authority. It relies on personal qualities, expertise, and relationships rather than organisational structures or hierarchies
This programme will provide you with these essential elements to succeed when you have a high level of responsibility for project performance or cross organisational collaboration but are not positioned in a role of formal power or influence in the organisation.

If you are a group of more than 2 people, please send an email with participants’ contact details and the course dates.
IMPORTANT:
You can only register with a PO number. When creating a PO, please ensure participant names are included in the item description.
The training centres on your own experiences and reflections and how these relate to the theory. You will have ongoing opportunities for personal development, as throughout the course you will receive feedback and sparring from both your fellow course participants and the facilitator.
It is beneficial to follow up with your manager after a month. Book a one-to-one meeting that allows you to reflect on your practices and approaches, exchange experiences, and build upon the tools you have gained. This is to help ensure that your new competencies are both practically useful and sustainable in your role.
If you are a group of more than 2 people, please send an email with participants’ contact details and the course dates. You will be contacted to provide a PO number shortly after sign-up.
When you participate in this course, you not only acquire personal competencies but also skills that can greatly benefit your company or organisation.
