I am a distinguished leadership consultant and organisational developer with expertise in organisational psychology and public health, supported by over 25 years of international experience. My background includes leadership development, organisational development and change management in both private and public sector organisations, primarily within the financial and health sectors. Additionally, I possess experience as a leader and project manager.
My role involves advising, training and supporting both new and experienced leaders through one-to-one counselling and coaching, leadership team development and business-driven leadership programmes. I facilitate a range of leadership courses, including The Informal Leader, The New Leader, Personal Leadership and Leader of Leaders.
Since 2019, I have been associated with Mannaz, delivering courses such as Leadership of Leaders and Informal Leadership. My approach combines practical experience with theoretical knowledge, enabling comprehensive support to leaders at all career stages.
