Experience

With 28+ years of experience in competence development, consulting, and sales, I have gained solid insight into business-critical needs – especially in project, programme, and portfolio management.

From 2008 to 2022, I was co-owner, board member, and Director of the training division at Peak Consulting Group. I also held responsibility for marketing, finance, and facility management.
I have extensive experience designing tailored learning programmes and advising both public and private organisations. This has given me a strong understanding of how learning and business development go hand in hand.

At Mannaz, I now have the opportunity to combine strategic business development, close client collaboration, and commercial innovation – three areas I am passionate about and see great potential in.
Together with Bjarne Kousholt and Henrik Timm, I co-authored the book The Project Steering Committee.
I’m always happy to engage in an informal conversation or sparring session about your needs and how we can create value together.

There are several recognised project management methods in which you can become certified. This article provides an overview of three of the most widespread methods: PMI, IPMA, and PRINCE2.

Project management & Agile practices When the Future Cannot Be Planned – Scenario Planning and Risk Management as a Leadership Discipline

The pace of change is higher than ever before. This means that both organisations and projects are constantly exposed to uncertainty. It is no longer a question of whether surprises will occur – but when and how they will materialise.

Project management & Agile practices Projects – how can we measure success rates effectively?

If the success of projects is measured solely against formal frameworks, the proportion of failed projects is catastrophic. Countless studies indicate that between 60–80% of all projects fail, with 10–30% of these projects being terminated prematurely. We should therefore ask ourselves whether the formally agreed frameworks are an accurate measure of success. I would argue that the time has come to rethink how we assess the success of projects.
