Sivetha Sriranjan

Sivetha is an organizational psychologist specialised within leadership and organizational development. At Mannaz, she acts as a trusted advisor to both private and public clients – incl.​ several global and international organizations, UN, VELUX, FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, LEGO Foundation, Lundbeck. ​

With international and global experience, Sivetha facilitates in-person and virtual sessions for groups and inviduals. She focuses on understanding the clients’ context before problem-solving, on creating trust, and how to create a learning space for growth. Additionally, her multicultural background and psychological expertise enable her to bridge employees, leaders, and organizations​.

Sivetha holds a Master in Psychology from Aarhus University.
