Lars Nellemann

I am a senior consultant and general manager in Mannaz’s office in Aarhus.

I have over 20 years of experience as a manager and consultant and work with management sparring, change processes, organizational culture, management teams and process facilitation. In addition, I am particularly interested in professional conversations and welfare with the citizen at the center – especially in the employment area.

I am used to facilitating managers and specialists at all levels. My clients are, among others, within research and education, psychiatry, energy companies, health and elderly care.

I stand firmly on the floor and use my natural calm, curiosity and experience to create a safe space where everyone dares to invite in and dwell on what is important.

I have a Master of Business Administration and a PhD in management and further education in process consulting, coaching and supervision. My strength is that I have an eye for both the business and the psychological aspects.
