This 1:1 coaching programme is designed for leaders who want to communicate with greater authority, clarity, and personal impact. Across four intensive sessions, we work purposefully on your executive presence, your ability to command a room, build trust, and convey messages with strength and composure.

You will gain practical tools to use your voice strategically, master body language, and strengthen your non‑verbal communication, enabling you to appear credible and confident in any leadership context – from meetings and presentations to strategic conversations at senior‑executive level.

The programme is tailored to your own leadership challenges and ambitions, combining voice training, body language, and strategic communication for maximum impact.

The programme

The programme consists of four individual coaching sessions of 75 minutes each, where we work purposefully on your executive presence and your voice as a leader.

Each session has its own focus area, based on your specific leadership challenges and ambitions, where you will work with the following:

Session 1: Executive presence and leadership voice

Defining your leadership presence

Body language essentials for authority and trust

Voice training: breathing, tone, and projection for impact

First impression and presence exercises

Session 2: Speaking with clarity, confidence, and authority

Voice techniques: articulation, tempo, volume, and pauses

Strengthening message delivery and vocal stability under pressure

Practice: leading meetings with presence and precision.

Session 3: Commanding the room with voice & energy

Using the Three Performance Zones to master connection

Advanced voice control: emotional expression and vocal power

Engaging larger groups through voice, energy, and non-verbal signals

Session 4: Influencing at the executive level

Applying voice and body language to high-stakes settings

Managing nerves and maintaining vocal authority

Frequently asked questions

Below you can find answers to some of the questions we are frequently asked in connection with personal coaching.

Can I choose my own coach?

You are always free to choose which of the Mannaz consultants you would like coaching from. Simply send an email with your request to rfw@mannaz.com and state which coach you prefer. If you do not specify a preference in your email, we will make sure to select a coach for you for your sessions.

How quickly do I need to use my coaching hours?

The sessions must be completed no later than twelve (12) months after the first session.

The sessions are personal and cannot be converted into other services at Mannaz A/S. You can read more about individual coaching terms or explore coaching programmes if you want to expand this section further.

How long does a coaching session last?

A coaching session in the individual programmes lasts 75 minutes. In addition, 15 minutes of preparation time for the coach is included. You can explore coaching session structure or learn more about individual coaching if you want to expand this section further.

Where does the coaching take place?

The sessions can take place virtually, by telephone, or through an in‑person meeting. The sessions are arranged directly with the coach or instructor.

In‑person sessions must be held either at Mannaz, Farvergade 8 in Copenhagen, or at Mannaz, Olof Palmes Allé 20, Aarhus N. You can explore coaching locations or learn more about individual coaching if you want to expand this section further.

Can I cancel my coaching session if I am unable to attend?

Cancellation of a session must take place no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time and must be communicated directly to the instructor. If cancellation occurs later than 48 hours in advance, the session is considered “used” and will therefore not be replaced.

Can I purchase additional hours?

It is of course possible to purchase additional hours to extend your coaching. You can register for 1, 3, 5, or 10 coaching hours via the Personal coaching page. You can also explore coaching packages if you want to expand this section further.

Can I combine my sessions with a personality test?

Yes, it is possible to purchase a personality test as an add‑on. We recommend ordering the test after your first session with the instructor. Together, you can determine which test is most suitable.
