MBTI® Step I™ – Personality Type Analysis

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is a personality assessment that has contributed to increased insight and understanding of behaviour for many thousands of people worldwide.

MBTI® Step I™ is a useful tool in various development processes, including individual, employee, leadership, and group development.

The analysis provides an understanding of why individuals react differently in ordinary work situations and under pressure. With this knowledge, you can build better relationships and, consequently, achieve better results.

This is how your MBTI® Step I™ assessment works

You receive a link to the test via email.
You complete the test online – at your convenience (it takes about 20-30 minutes).
You have a maximum of 14 days to complete the test.
We prepare the interpretation of your personal profile (it takes about 30 minutes).
We will contact you to arrange a date for your feedback session with one of our consultants. The session takes place virtually/online.
The consultant and you will hold your feedback session, where you will focus on your strengths and development potential (it takes about 1 hour).

For the test, you will need a computer with internet access.

All our consultants are certified in using the MBTI® Step I™ assessment.

Both managers and employees can benefit from this test which is typically part of a coaching, leadership, or employee development programme.
